Important Notice Before You Begin Your Application

At Hill Country Christmas Bureau, our mission is to share the spirit of Christmas with as many families as possible throughout our community. To make sure our resources reach the greatest number of families in need, we coordinate closely with other local holiday programs - including Leander Blue Santa, Cedar Park Blue Santa, and other community-based charities.

Please note that families may receive holiday assistance from only one local program. If you have already applied with another organization, please do not submit an application with Hill Country Christmas Bureau.

To ensure fairness and accuracy, we will be cross-referencing applicant lists with these partner organizations. This helps us prevent duplicate assistance and allows more families to experience the joy of the season.

By continuing with this application, you confirm that you have not applied for assistance with any other local Christmas program.

The document you provide must match the name (either yours or your spouse) and the address as listed on your registration. Submit your registration to receive your Unique ID number. This is your confirmation that your registration has been received. We will process your registration and send you an email within 10 days with the pickup location, date, time and your assigned Unique ID number to present for gift pickup. If you do not receive a Unique ID number, do not resubmit, please contact us via our email at Hillcountrychristmasbureau@gmail.com. Envíe su registro para recibir su número de identificación único. Please do not apply for Christmas assistance from more than one organization, as all of our resources are limited due to the economy. If it is found that you have applied with another organization, we will remove you from our distribution list.
